Car Wash

The March 20th Car Wash was a smashing success bringing in $1,419 with our Kitmativik and ELSS volunteers helping with the car detailing and washing. We'd like to thank Mel and her husband, Norm, John and Catherine, Mary Haggerman, Frank Davignon and Mary Guse for all their hard work. A big thank you goes out to Emily of the Kitamavik program for sending her wonderful kids to help us with our car wash and a big thank you goes to Pete and Betty Sartor as well as Pecor for their generosity. Thanks also to Bob from Bob's No Frills who was generous in providing the food and drink for the BBQ. It was a pleasure working with you all to make this a successful endeavour. Thank you to Brandi, Tracey and Jackie for advertising with fliers, thank you to Catherine for dealing with the car wash television advertising. John, Catherine?s husband, did an awesome job with Bobby to get it out on the radio station, Moose FM. Pat yourselves on the back, you did an amazing job folks. A very special thanks to those who supported us by coming out to the car wash fundraiser, without the community our fundraising efforts would not be fruitful. From our heart to yours, thank you for all of your support. The animals are that much more safe today because of your kind hearts and compassion.

Trade Show

The Trade show was a wonderful success. We enjoyed seeing you all there. We will be announcing our draw winners very soon. We look forward to making the Trade Show a yearly event for S. A. D. Thank you all for your support and coming down to see us.
